Vertical Ball Mills

Vertical Ball Mill consisting of a double-walled grinding chamber, with night and day thermostatic control, with internal jacket, shaft, arms and grinding balls made of special alloy with high resistance to mechanical abrasion; product yield < 15 p.p.m.

Hollow stirring shafts and arms allow the controlled intake of previously filtered and sterilized Air/O2 (real conching effect) or N2 (to prevent oxygenation) directly on the product.

In both cases, the advantage is that part of the moisture, together with negative volatile aromatic fractions, is carried outside.

As far as the organoleptic characteristics of the finished product are concerned, air injection gives rise to a product which is qualitatively comparable to the products obtained by traditional process.

The plants ME-MRC are completely pre-assembled and pre-wired on a platform, with electrical control panel, setting and signaling of process cycles, via PLC. The ingredients loading can be manually done from the platform with pre-weighed quantities, or through an automatic programmable system. The plant is also available in a continuous version for various hourly capacities.
