The combi-machine is a small but really great machine that can do everything chocolate processors need: that's why we named it Omnia, along with its smaller sister Omnia Minor. It melts chocolate, tempers it and alternately doses it into the mold and then either drains and vibrates or enrobes. Our machines are not just doing it, they are doing it well. The Omnia series have outstanding performance because they combine:
- A true continuous water-mist cooled tempering machine with closed-loop refrigeration group.
- A true dosing machine with absolute guarantee on the accuracy of the set weights.
